At the end of the period in archive, the personal data is deleted.

No, your personal data will not go outside the European Union.

  9. Does CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL carry out any profiling or make fully automated decisions that produce legal or other significant effects ?

CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL will erase your personal data immediately upon notification of your death and in the absence of any prior instructions from you, unless we are required to store the data as evidence or in compliance with a legal obligation. Where this is the case, only data which is strictly relevant to the requirement will be kept, for this purpose only and no other.

   4. What gives CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL the authority to process the personal data ?

An order placed with CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL constitutes a contract. The existence of a contract authorises CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL to process this type of personal data.

   5. Does CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL transfer the personal data to third parties ?

The data is accessible to the CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL website host and server host, and to CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL employees. It may also be transferred to the authorities (police, etc.) on request.

The collection and processing of your date of birth is mandatory for any order that includes alcohol. If you don’t provide this information, you won’t be able to confirm any order containing alcohol that you place via the website www.lesvignoblesedonis.com

Processing the number of loyalty points is obligatory if you join the loyalty scheme. If the data is not processed, you will not be able to accumulate loyalty points and gain access to loyalty scheme benefits. 

The other items of personal data collected are required by CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL to confirm and process your order. If you don’t provide this information, you won’t be able to confirm any order you place on the website www.lesvignoblesedonis.com

  7. How long does CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL keep the personal data ?

The personal data is stored actively for 24 months from the date of your last order. If no further order is placed within the following 24 months, your personal data will be archived.

Personal data is archived to enable CAVE ROBERT ET MARCEL to comply with its legal, tax and accounting obligations. Invoices and orders are archived for TEN years and other data is archived for TWELVE months.

At the end of the period in archive, the personal data is deleted.
