Celebrating the new art of tasting

"SolStice Orchestra" six melodies, with four instruments, composed around six vintages with a distinct history and personality. Creations that can only be listened to while tasting the vintages and vintages that can only be tasted while listening to them. When the two compositions become one. And, as a climax, an interaction between the public, discovering two mystery wines, and guiding an unpublished composition, being written under their eyes and under the inspirations of their tasting feelings.
