The base of this liqueur is the result of a distillation of mandarin peels in period stills. A touch of cognac enhances the sweetness and bitterness of this fruit. To consume pure, on ice or of course in cocktail, it marries particularly well with a tonic (1/3-2/3), but also on fruit salads and chocolate desserts.
