Goods are delivered anywhere in metropolitan France.

The delivery charge depends on the number of bottles ordered.

An estimated delivery date is indicated on the wine description page and in your basket, usually within 3 to 5 working days of order confirmation.

We use a specialist wine carrier who will deliver your wine in protective boxes specially designed for the purpose.

We will email you when your order is dispatched to let you know your wine is on its way.

Delivery costs are fixed and may vary for some orders. The carrier does not deliver to upper floors.

 

DELIVERIES

Orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. You will receive a text on the morning of your delivery indicating a slot of between 2 and 4 hours, depending on your location. If you can't take delivery at this time and depending on the carrier, either your package will be delivered to a nearby pick-up point or you will be asked to set an alternative date with the carrier.

When you receive your order, please check that the packaging is intact. If there is any defect, make a note of it on the delivery slip. If any bottle is visibly broken you must not accept the box and it must be returned to the sender.

In this event, we ask you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible so we can dispatch a replacement or reimburse you.
