How do I open a customer account?

Click on My account  on the main page, top right.
This will take you to the page where you can create an account.
Fill in all the required fields (marked with an asterisk), enter your email address and choose a password. You will then receive a confirmation email at the address you have given, with a link to activate your account

How do I change my order or cancel it?

You should refuse the package when it arrives; tell the driver who delivers it that you no longer want it. It will then be returned to our depot and you should contact us to change your order and ask us to replace it with the item you want. If the replacement item is more expensive, your account will be credited immediately and you can proceed with a new order.

How do I change my login details (password, email address, etc.)?

You can change your password, email address, etc. in your customer space, under ‘account details’.

What payment methods do you accept?


There are two ways of paying for your purchases on the Edonis website:
Bank card: VISA/MasterCard/AMEX
Paypal
If you’re a member of the Edonis Club and you’ve accumulated Club points, you can also use your points to pay for your order in part or in full.

How does the loyalty scheme work?


Loyalty rules:
€1 spent = 1 loyalty point
100 points = €5 discount (off your overall purchase)
Minimum 100 points required to claim the discount.

Validity of points:
Validity points expire after 12 months if no purchases are made in this time. Any new purchase extends the validity of your points for a further 12 months.

How do I use my loyalty points?


You can use some or all of your accumulated points to pay for your items when you confirm an order and go to the payment section. Indicate the number of points you want to use and click on ‘use’.

Can I get an invoice for my purchases?


Once you’ve placed an order you can download your invoice at any time. Go to your account and click on ‘My orders’.

Do you offer any free delivery ?


Yes, delivery is free when you spend a minimum of €120 on a single order. (in FRANCE)

How do I track my delivery ?


You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is despatched.
All the relevant information is included in the email: package reference number, products contained in the package and related quantities, estimated delivery date.
You can start tracking your delivery a few hours after it’s been despatched by the carrier.
The information is also available in your account; go to My orders and click on Track my delivery.

What delivery methods are available ?


We can deliver to your home or to a pick-up point. You can also collect your package from one of our in-store click & collect points.

How long will it be before my package is despatched ?


If all your items are in stock, your package will be despatched as soon as we receive your order and payment is confirmed.  

How long does delivery take ?


Delivery times are indicative only, starting from confirmation of your details by EDONIS and receipt of payment.


METROPOLITAN FRANCE (including Corsica)
Standard delivery:
Any order for standard delivery placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours, either to your home address or to a pick-up point, subject to availability of the wines and after final confirmation of your order by our staff. 
Next-day delivery: (AVAILABLE from late December) 
Any order for next-day delivery placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered to your home address by 10 am the following day, subject to availability of the wines and after final confirmation of your order by our staff.
Click & collect:
For any order where you select click & collect, you can pick up your wines from the Edonis store during opening hours; you will receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order, confirming it is ready for collection. Please take your order confirmation to the reception desk.

What countries do you deliver to ? 


We deliver anywhere in Metropolitan France.

How do I return an order or item ?  The items I received are not what I ordered, what should I do ?


In accordance with article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return any items you don’t want, in their original packaging, for exchange or refund, at no cost except the delivery charge.

When will I receive the refund ?


We will refund your payment as soon as we receive notification that the goods have been returned.


Refunds will be by one of three methods:
* The bank card or PayPal account you used to make the payment will be credited within 5 to 7 days
* We will refund you in Edonis Club points, available immediately to spend on the website.


In some cases where an automatic refund is due, we may issue a voucher if there is no alternative.

What should I do if my package is damaged ?


When you receive your order, please check that the packaging is intact and if there is any defect make a note of it on the delivery slip. If any bottle is visibly broken you should not accept the box and it must be returned.


In this event, we ask you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible so we can despatch a replacement or reimburse you.
